Poor sub-floor?, not a problem!

A good subfloor is vitally important for preserving the life and appearance of your vinyl floor. If your sub-floor is uneven, crumbling or a damp surface then this can dramatically shorten the lifespan of your floor covering. If this proves to be the case (and a professional check measure from us would always involve checking the sub-floor if your unsure), then our team of experienced fitters would take care of putting that right first before laying your new floor.

For concrete floors this would normally involve pouring a new screed down prior to installation of the floor covering and for timber floors this would involve laying 4-6mm plywood on top of the existing floor.
